I'm running for Portland City Council because Portland needs leadership that's in touch with the realities and concerns of ordinary people, especially those who Portland is not working for.

With rising rents and low wages, too many of our residents are struggling to keep a roof over their heads while making sacrifices no one should have to make. The instability wrought by this crisis hasn't just created hardship for lower income households and cost-burdened renters, the ripple effect impacts everything from parent involvement and support of our schools to increased demand on our emergency and social services to the health of our local economy.

By prioritizing affordable housing and living wage jobs we can make Portland a city that works for all of us.
